Watched the Scripps challenge Live. How knowledgeable these young children are. Among the top five there were three Indian origin students. They were spelling word after word correctly. The organisers were almost about to exhaust the list of all the words and award the prizes to all the three who continously kept answering correctly. Among the three, there was this Anurag Kaashyap, one more Indian origin kid and I guess an American gal.
It ended in Anurag's favour with the spelling of the word appoggiatura. What the heck is that.
The program that immediately followed on ESPN was a Live Golf program and the commentator was kidding that the only words he knew to spell were idiot I-D-I-O-T. Oh yeah he said it for us as well. :)
